PayPal Option Missing?

Hello,

It's been some time since I've needed assistance...
I searched for a solution but found none...

I'm experiencing a strange issue that has had the last two customers tell me the PayPal option is not present as a choice for payment during checkout...
What's unusual is that I log in, add an item to my cart proceed to checkout and I see two choices as expected: Check/Money Order or the PayPal option...

The Cart isn't very active in sales so I do not modify anything and haven't for some time now...

Zen Cart 1.3.8a
Patch: 1::
Database Patch Level: 1.3.8
PHP Version: 5.2.8 (Zend: 2.2.0)
Database: MySQL 5.0.75

The only reason for the PayPal IPN module to not show up for a particular person and not others is if you've got the module's "Payment zone" setting restricted to only work for a particular zone.

I looked at this and was thinking...
I read another post where you asked if the Payment Zone was set to none and if so, why...?
This made me over look the obvious since I had a state entered, I figured this was OK; changed it to the United States and all is working now ! ! !
I may have inadvertently changed this setting for some silly reason...

Be careful. You mis-read my question/statement.
You WANT the Payment-Zone setting to be --none--

One normally only changes it from --none-- to something else if you're attempting to limit certain payment modules to be used by certain countries. But, if you only have the one module, then you really don't want to be imposing restrictions; otherwise your customers won't be able to complete checkout, thus resulting in lost sales.

Now I understand more clearly the flexibility!
