can zen cart fill our needs

We are currently using volusion.com wile being feature rich it’s missing some of our requirements and is very cumbersome to modify and many options are simply not possible.

I am looking for a feature rich cart but also the following are extremely important to us.

1. GEO IP technology
2. Custom template integration
3. multiple merchant account integration * setting up parameters for each account , but the ability to have more than one merchant account attached to cart, example offshore merchant processes none usa clients while other process usa clients the ability to decide who gets charged from where.

5. trouble ticket / crm
6. client import / export
7. previous orders import
8. return client details / tracking
9. csv export/ import for shipping , upload tracking instead of manually entering, also send email with tracking to client at time of upload
10. welcome email, follow up

12. call center module for manual order entry for call in orders
13. abandoned cart , heavy detail
14. RMA
15. coupons

Please let me know if zen cart has the ability to achieve our requirement. We are looking for ease of operation, extreme detail and automation of process.

Simple answer... Yes, but with some work.

Longer answer... Download and install locally the Zen Cart software, including the sample products. This way you'll quickly be able to answer most of the questions yourself. Check out the Tutorials/FAQ section (link, above) and look around the forum for threads on some of your issues. Look in the Free Software Add Ons section (link, top-left) to see what others have contributed. And check out the free templates to get some idea of how easy (or hard) it is to create the look you need.

As opensource one can add any functionality they desire

But as you are stating that others are too difficult I suspect that you will also find ZenCart difficult for your non-cart items

I suspect that you will not find any offering that has all of your requirements.
