Re: Admin/Tools/Admin settings gives a Blank Page

Can anybody help with this situation. I've checked all file changes back to last week and nothing was changed. Nav title says admin/admin.php. but like I said nothing has been changed or altered in all these files.
I don't know if this link not opening could affect other parts of the Zen Cart installation.
Thanks for you help again.

Re: Admin/Tools/Admin settings gives a Blank Page

A quick search in the Tutorials/FAQ section of the Zen Cart site, using the term "blank page" brings up this article: https://www.zen-cart.com/tutorials/index.php?article=82 ... And, reading that you'll find that using the handy utility mentioned in step 2a will equip you with the means of finding out where problems are likely occurring.

It's likely related to a bad upload of files during your recent upgrade, or something similar. That's also discussed in that FAQ article.

Re: Admin/Tools/Admin settings gives a Blank Page

Good Morning DrByte,
I had already downloaded the Debug Module and tried it in bothe the admin/includes/extra_configures and in the includes/extra_configures, both ways doesn't return any DeBug files in the cache file. I had used the Debug Program before with success.
I've only installed one new module, and that is the Newsletter module, and I've compared the overwritten files with previous ones to see if there were any possible Syntax errors. Couldn't see any.
