I got money Paypal I have no idea what an order is
Management I do not see anything about this money

I installed the PayPal IPN

In my paypal accounte i see:
name shop - Item# Store Receipt

what the problem ?

Another problem
I use DHL and delivery of a minimum price of 20 dollars per kilo
I'm currently using a table of 1000:27% that it covers the cost of the order value over $ 70.

So either I'm doing a minimum order not to lose
