Sidebar in Admin->Modules->Payment not displaying

  • What addons have you installed? When?
    column divider pro cdp v0-4 . Long before the problem began
    column layout grid for for product listing 1-3-8 . Long before the problem began

fast and easy checkout for zen cart 1-5-1 . Shortly before/after
easy sign up and login 1-21 . Shortly before/after.

* In what ways is your site customized or different from a brand new uncustomized install?

It has had several patches or add-ons installed as well changes to alter the function slightly. However, most of the changes came well before the error began.

* Have you searched the FORUM for your error message or for answers to the question you're asking?  Yes, could not find any answers

* WHEN did the problem "start"? How does that compare with other events of your hosting company, changes you've made to your site files/addons, or your admin settings, etc?  Roughly a week ago was when the issue began after modifying some files to fix the error 10413.

* If this is your first store, have you tested all aspects of transactions before going live?   Still in testing

Thanks. That probably is the solution or close enough. I'd never have found that with what I was searching for >.<
