I am looking for a template that would match close to this site http://www.marchforbabies.org this would help really help.

Have you checked here ((sorry, site offline)) for something close to what your want. You can always modify one to fit your needs.

That's pretty much the only one you'd really need to modify.

The stylesheet.css controls the layout and look of your site.

a couple of other files you might consider modifying would be:

includes/templates/YOUR_TEMPLATE/common/
tpl_header.php
tpl_main_page.php

The template that I have just added to the download section is very similar and could be customised to match the marchforbabies.org site quite quickly with a couple of stylesheet changes.
