[Done v1.3.9a] PayPal alert 10413, with onetime charge attribute.

Using WPP direct payment works just fine. But selecting PayPal express checkout option in Payment Methods page causes the following PayPal alert:
10413 Transaction refused because of an invalid argument. See additional
error messages for details. - The totals of the cart item amounts do not
match order amounts.
This only happens with items with onetime charge, other attribute prices (one per quantity) work fine.
This happens even with out-of-state sales (no sales tax to worry about) and free shipping (freeoptions) combination as well.
