site doesn't work if i use www.

Hi to all hope i have put this in the right section, could someone kindly advise please if i type my domain name like this -

http://www.mysite.co.uk/

then my site just directs to the holding page with 123reg from whom i brought the domain name from.

If however i write my domain without the www.

http://mysite.co.uk/

Then my site loads :blink: iam currently hosted with wesh hosting and transfered my domain over to them about 2 days ago so can't understand why it doesn't work with the www.
I had an email from wesh hosting to say successful transfer of your domain.
Please could someone kindly advise

try looking in your config file, <hosting>/includes/configure.php
check the web address's in there

Hi thanks for your help with this, i couldn't change the information in the config file, the software was pre-installed with my hosting company so i deleted all the files and download a fresh file from here and installed it, that has fixed the problem it know works with www.
