Country names instead of iso codes

Hi there

We used to just sell our products in the UK but I'd like to extend this to the rest of the world.
I've selected zone shipping and everything seems to be working.

However is it possible to change the displayed ISO two letter country code such as FR to FRANCE instead or display GERMANY instead of DE.

Also right after the ISO code it says the weight of the order but this weight is incorrect. For example if a customer adds two chocolate bars each weighing 100grams to the basket and then tries to buy it says 1 x 203g
I'm not sure where it is getting this weight from! It should be 200g.
Is there a way of removing the 1 x 203g part?

I looked in zones.php but that doesnt really have anything.
