FedEx module doesn't show discount for my account

ZenCart version 1.3.8a

I have a FedEx module installed on my website, https://www.upfrontjewelry.com. My FedEx account is correctly entered (verified) and the module is working in all respects, except one. It gives quotes that do not take into account the discounts I get on shipping.

For example, average cost to ship a 1 pound package from Bahrain to the US is 75 dollars. The shipping module quotes 107 dollars, which is what it would be without a discount.

Is there a way to fix this?

I'll also throw out there that although I'm an engineer and jewelry designer, I'm not a programmer, so you'll have to go a little slow in any explanation.

the module is working as its supposed to
It is displaying the Published rates.

Fedex doesnt allow you to display your discounted rates
