A silly Mistake...!

I have made lot of changes in my REGISTRATION FORM

I also change the sequence of some fields in registration field.

Now problem I am facing is simple but I can't point out the error.

Data of all fields are saved in database properly except the state name.

So, I will appreciate any help on this, how can I save state name in database. When I select India it is not saving State in database.

Yes INDIA is a Country and I updated States of India from Zone section in Admin. But when I select any state from India that state is not goes to database. I didn't made any changes in state code or in database for state.
