Quanity Discount Error/Pop Up

So this is an odd "error" I have been getting. I have several volume discounts set up on my site and have had sales since Sept 2009 without this ever showing up. I haven't edited anything. So when they check out on top of the discount they're already getting it gives them a quantity discount as well, which I don't know where it came from. I have included an image to try and help my horrible explanation. The website is currently in maintenance mode to prevent a loss.

The only addons I have are the UPS XML module.

Any ideas?

This is the quantity discounts contribution; you can disable it by going to admin->modules->order total, find quantity discounts and press the "remove" button.

That did it, thank you so much. Any reason why it started doing it now and not since September?
