Need to delete Unknown Box above Information sidebox! Please Help!

hello everyone! I have this problem that this unknown box above my INFORMATION sidebox cannot be deleted. Well i should say that i don't know where to find it and delete it.:frusty: It looks really awful. I can see this unknown box using safari and IE however i couldn't see this unknown box when using this firefox mozilla. I have searched everywhere but still couldn't find solution to my problem. Anyone who knows something about this? Please guide me through!

For some reason, your template designer has added a bunch of table elements to the sidebox areas.

I think that's supposed to be the Information box header image - the code is looking for this image:

includes/templates/jewelry_store/images/information.jpg

You might see if it's there, and if not, maybe it ended up in the wrong folder.

You might also try adding this to your stylesheet:

#informationHeading {display:none;}

Any other suggestions?
