Layout problems after change of default template width.

Hello ! After some work in CSS stylesheet i've got some seriouse problems with button tab align, my page now look like on photo:

I would like to connect togheter a center this button tab, do any one know a CSS solution to do this ?? I would like also center main box. Thanks for you help in advance. Regards https://www.tvparts-online.com

We really can't tell what's wrong without a link to your site. A picture doesn't tell us anything.
