Can't find...

I have 2 stores, on my first store I have added a utility for the admin console that changes the listing from the original admin screen to one that has the radio buttons to choose the settings...where is that at? I cannot find that to save my life.

Yes... it list the choices by radio button and even gives a help for each of the items.
