Help! Changing image and content of side boxes!

I have been looking for hours how to change the content of my side boxes. I have been able to change the title of the side boxes, find where the current image is located, upload my own image, BUT I can not seem to find the file where I make the actual change to the image/content!! Please help! Thanks

Let me clarify . . . I would like to use my own banners for the side boxes already on in the template right now the Zen banners are rotating - how to I use my own and where is this file located to specify? Plus, I want to add an additional side box with a jpg image and a link to a specific page?? THanks

Admin > Tools > Banner Manager.

For a new sidebox, install Kuroi's Blank Sidebox mod from Free Addons.

I must have done something wrong. I got the alt. text to show up but the graphic .gif does not show up on the web site? I have double checked that it is in the suggested directory . . . . HELP !

Are you talking about the blank sidebox? Or the banners? A link to see it live may help, along with more detail of exactly what you did; otherwise there is not much we can say about where you may have messed up.

I was working on the banners - I think I got it - small typo for location of file! Thanks so much for all your help.
