How to Disable Payments? Using Zen Cart shopping cart as simple cost estimation tool.

I have a client that is looking to use Zen Cart simply as a cost estimation tool. That is, they want to disable the ability for anyone to pay online. They want people to call them instead.

Do I simply remove the "Go to Checkout" button from the bottom of the shopping cart page? Can I add text at the bottom that says, "Call to reserve items"? If so, how do I do these two things? Thanks guys! :smile:
