Help! Page No Longer Appears

I was trying to change the Contact Us in the side box to read About Us
I went to the file: includes/languages/english/contact_us.php - it did not work and the page did not come up when I clicked on it so I thought changed it back to the original information however, my page still does not appear???

Here's what I get when I click on the Contact Us link in my side box - any empty page:

Please help me restore my link to work properly!! Thanks.

I was able to fix this!!! I followed the directions on the help page:
I am getting a blank page (or blank part of a page) which directed me to up load a DEBUG tool - worked GREAT!!
