Header wont stretch across

Header wont stretch across

Got a problem here. On my screen the header is stretched across the whole page and looks fine, on others it ends earlier and there's just white space.

Bare with me as it's just a temp header until some one gets the real header finished, but it can be seen at https://www.d2west.com

Is it possible to stretch a header all the way across so on any computer viewing it, it'll take up the full page?

Maybe. There is a technique called the 'sliding door' method, but I don't see the point.

If I were you, I would set my #mainWrapper to the width of the image (currenly 1010px) rather than 100%.
