ONE ezpage is being 'hinky'

ok, so i have had several ezpages set up for some time... no issues...
i went to make some modifications today, and ONE of my ezpages will not let me click the 'toggle html source' button. i can click it all day long, but it doesnt switch over to html.

i can switch over on other ezpages i have on the same site, no issues.

any thoughts?
