multilanguage and redirect

Hi community!
I have a small little problem but am stuck on (i think) some .htaccess issue - maybe someone can point my stupit little head on the solution:

The problem is as follows:
if a user hits the language flag on the startpage he is redirected to something like this
http://lockengeloet.com/shopv2/?language=en
but should be
http://lockengeloet.com/shopv2/index.php?language=en

Can anyone help me with this? Would be so great!
