Creating Review as shop owner

I am converting to zencart and on my old site I had some reviews that were hard coded to the HTML page.

I would like to insert a review, and use that persons name as I have on the old site. I would rather not create a bogus account for that person (more than one) since they may try to create their own in the future.

How can I as the shop admin, create a review?

Well shoot the controls say I can edit the post but danged if I can find an edit button.

I found a work around by creating a customer called System Admin and entered the review. That works but it still looks a little strange.

And more eloquent ideas?
