Add clickable question mark image next to an attribute drop-down box

Hi Everyone,
I have been having a bit of bother and was wondering if anyone out ther could help or point me in the right direction. I have searched for the answer and not found anything on it.

Ok I have a series of different attribute and options displayed in different drop down boxes. Some of the options in the dropdown boxes can be a bit complicated so here is what I want to do. Next to the dropdown box have a small 20 x 20px question mark that when clicked opens up a small popup with an explanation.

However, I only want this on certain ones i.e, next to graphic option to explain graphics and on next to finish to pop open the finish page.

Does anyone know how this can be done?
