Click-Show-Hide Category Menu / Separate Sidebox For Docs

I've been using the Click-Show-Hide category menu mod...However does anyone know how to get this mod to obey the default Zen behavior of separating Product General products from the Documents General so that I can have two separate category boxes? Currently it generates all categories, no matter the type, into one sidebox.
