Custom product title meta tag only - is it possible?

Hi,

What I need is to include a custom meta title tag for the products, but to leave the default generated description and keyword tags. Is it possible? When I try to modify the title tag only, nothing happens as the system wants to customize the rest tags. Is there a way to customize only the title tag?
