Items in Shopping cart do not update

Ok, i have this weird issue. My Shopping cart updates all over my site but not in one spot. Here is an image of where it doesn't update. Any idea guys?

I personally think its something wrong in the code under tpl_header.php. Anyone know what the code is to make it update? Any ideas would be great.

I'm using most current version of Zen Cart.
Zero Add ons installed.

Yeah i'm not sure what happened to the code that was in there. Would you happen to know what code i could put in there to make it work again?

Its not a mod, i have no mod's installed. I just have it written inside the tpl_header.php
