Crazy But how do I limit customers to 1 order.

Crazy - No not really.

I use two separate carts:- samples.XXXXX.co.uk and XXXXX.co.uk.
With the samples cart I need to stop any second or subsequent orders from being placed - some people are just plain greedy!
Sorry if the answer is obvious but is sending me round the bend.

I use 1.3.8a
MySql 5.0.67
PHP 4.4.9

Any suggestions please,

While I understand your concern, even if you figured out a way to limit any particular customer to one order, what would prevent me from just creating another account?

Nothing will stop another account being created, I guess it will be just an extra hurdle.
