My write a review page is missing

someone was going to write a review on my website today and he informed me that the write a review link sends him to a blank page.

i unsuccessfully tried to install ajax image swapper this weekend but i wonder if i may have screwed something up

what pages should i be looking at the effect the write a review page

thank you to anyone who can shed some light on this subject

Run this and post the results:
**
http://www.zen-cart.com/index.php?main_page=product_contrib_info&products_id=860**

(BTW - very nice job on the site design.)

damb i had that debugger running for the last year no wonder my cache folder was getting so fat

i'll see what i can find out

and thanks i've been working alot tweaking little things here and there, but i really wished i could of got that image swapper working that would of been sweet.

this is what i have so far it looks like some kind of fatal error
