Adding a cancel button to checkout process?

How would I go about adding a cancel button to the checkout process? Once I view the shopping cart I'm able to make changes, but if I click continue and then change my mind and don't want to order there's no cancel button/ clear the cart button near the continue button. I know that I can click the shopping cart link and it'll take me back, I just want to make it as easy as possible for people.

Maybe just make a link to take them back to the cart?

But why make it easy to leave the checkout stream?

Move them forward!

BTW, I don't really think the cancel button is a good idea, but the people I'm doing the site for want it.
