Checking order still in shopping cart

I have a customer that placed an order and paid, but the order did not go through. Is there a way for me to check what is in her cart? I checked orders, but since the order was not finalized, it does not show.

Thanks. I am a bit confused on the sql file things (not a programmer here) i can't copy and paste because it is not a file I can open. Kinda stuck on where to go from here, but thank you for the suggestion.

A file with a .sql extension should open in your text editor. What message are you getting when you try to open it?

I just had to assign a program to get them open. Mission accomplished. Now that they are opened, I have no idea what to do with them......there are two......
install.sql and update.sql both from 09-2009

Copy the text in the install.sql file and paste it in the box at Admin - Tools - Install SQL Patches and click Send.

Ignore the other one - that's for people who installed a previous version of the mod.

There is an admin folder that if you double click on you get more folders, etc. Do I just upload the admin folder to my server? will it put all the other folders in the right places? or do I need to do each one individually?

Just drag and drop the admin folder to the root (top directory) of your site, unless you've renamed the admin folder on your site (which you should, if you haven't). If you have renamed the admin folder, rename the admin folder in the mod to the same name and drag and drop away.
