Web pages are blank after transferring files

I just transfer files of a working zen cart web site from one server to another. All the paths seem to be correct and the admin area works fine but the store web pages are not showing up; when I type the web site address in the browser the page is empty-the source file is empty also. The code is the very same code that is in the original index.php page and the file structure is the same.

Does anyone know, and I haven't had very much success with the Zen cart forum, why I would be getting a blank page?

Thanks Steve for answering my post (finally, someone answered one of my posts!).

I called my hosting company and they informed me that the path to the php bin was different than the one for the former server. I ended up restalling Zen cart.

I am having trouble with my USPS Autofill button. It's not populating the Delivery side of the USPS form. For some reason, it's not pulling that information from the db. I suspect it's a path problem. Do you know of any decent information on how to troubleshoot this feature. I have scoured the web and the forum and I haven't found any useful information.

I haven't. I posted in the Shipping Add-on module. I will try your suggestion (although this module hasn't been active for a few years).
