Skip Step 1 in Checkout

Step one in checkout for my site is delivery information and shipping information. Since I don't sell anything that is delivered or shipped, how can I bypass this page during checkout? If so how?

You can use FEC it makes the checkout one page.

I am sorry but what is FEC? I looked in the Add ons but don't see FEC (nor does the search yield a result).
