shopping cart css

is there a way to make changes to the shopping_cart.css and have it only effect the shopping cart page that shows when items are in the cart, but not effect the page that comes up after someone removes all items from their cart (ie the "your shopping cart is empty page")...

Read the readme in your /css folder for/about "per page css"

well since the are both shopping_cart pages...

i created a shopping_cart&product_id.css to try and control just the shopping cart page after all items have been deleted, but it appears to get overridden by the shopping_cart.css. Or should i name is something different???

/index.php?main_page=
