Hi, I have tried looking for an answer to this but can't seem to find it anywhere.

How do I restrict a customer from using a Discount Coupon on a specific Category?

Click the restrictions button on the right after going into admin->Gift Certs/Coupons->Coupon Admin and selecting your coupon.
