0.00 price question

0.00 price question

I have a product in my store that has a price of 0.00. However it displays nothing on the page. How can I get it to display 0.00 ?

Why not mark it as "Product Is Free", so that the "FREE" icon shows up on the page?

the client is requesting the price show up as 0.00

I think you'll have to make custom coding changes to do that. I can't think of any admin switches to flip that would do that for you.

Thanks, I found where I had to do it. In functions_prices.php, LINE 262, I modified the php and commented out the hiding of the 0.00 price

if ($display_normal_price == 0) {
      // don't show the $0.00
      // $final_display_price = $show_special_price . $show_sale_price . $show_sale_discount;
	  $final_display_price = $show_normal_price . $show_special_price . $show_sale_price . $show_sale_discount;
    } else {
      $final_display_price = $show_normal_price . $show_special_price . $show_sale_price . $show_sale_discount;
    }
