How to remove EasyPopulate links in admin/tools?

Hi, I'm trying to figure out how to remove the easy populate and the BOX_TOOLS_EASYPOPULATE fro my admin/tools sub menu. I removed the files, but the links didn't remove.

The links are controlled by the files you added to the /admin/includes/boxes/extra_boxes/ folder.
