Navigation buttons are overlapped on my Header in front page

The website opens perfectly on Mozilla Firefox and Internet explorer uptill 6th version. But on 7th and 8th IE it shows overlapping of navigation buttons on header. I don't know what has happened? It was working fine on both browsers.

Please anyone can suggest me any solution.
