Open Source vs. Pricing
So here is a general question I wanted to ask the development community. Support can be sporadic, while the forums help and we all assist each other in some way, I wanted to know if a specific support solution would be of interest.
For example: small yearly fee (say $100 USD)
offers a knowledge base with direct contact and troubleshooting
Enters the participant with a preferred vendor status
Updates, code releases, etc.. all delivered via email as it happens
What I am asking is for response and opinion, and to provide some ideas on the type of services the community feels would be worth $100 per year.
