kg vs lbs

My site is showing kilograms instead of lbs. I've checked the english.php file and it shows 'lbs'. Any suggestions. I must be missing something on the console.

Txs,
Calvin

Admin > Tools > Developers Tool Kit

search for 'kg' or 'kgs' and it brings up all files containing this
