Remove E-mail Logo Completely

If this question has been answered I apologize, but I did do a search.

I am looking to remove the logo sent from e-mails completely, as in not use a logo at all. I already removed the appropriate file from my server, but I need to know where to comment out the area that even looks for one so customers do not just see a blank box..

edit each of the files in the email folder.
