zj_black_2 and jQuery - I have a query

This is a fresh install of 1.3.8a, and I am trying to use the template zj_black_2. It isn't working, and I was wondering that since it is a jQuery template, do I need to "point" the template at my jQuery directory (currently/jquery)?

I just installed 1.3.8a, and I want to use the template zj_black_2 that was included in the install. It is not showing any of the side boxes even though I reset under the layout boxes menu. I know that this is a jquery template, and I have the latest jquery in the /jquery folder. Do I need to somehow tell the template that the jquery is there?

zj_black_2 is not part of a default install but is a free 3rd party template
You must not have gotten your install from the ZenCart download link on the home page of this site
As 3rd party look for support in the contributed area
