E-mail notice upon purchase?

I would like to receive an e-mail when someone purchases my product? Will this happen by default, or do I need to set this up?

If I need to set this up, can someone please tell me how?

The first thing you should do is spend a few days studying the admin panel. Also at the head of this screen is an advert for a book you should obtain.
