Tried to find the answer to my shipping problem
Hey everyone... this is a tough one for me and hopefully an easy one for you. My product weight is 1.25lbs. Check out the attached picture... sure enough it is showing the correct weight at the top but I can't figure out what to do about the caclulation which makes it 4.25lbs. I am setup only thru USPS and have activated an account with them.... what I can't figure out is if the extra 3lbs is being added by USPS or is there some random field in my cart I didn't setup properly?
