How to make changes? EZ Pages Doesn't seem to allow

i am trying to change four simple issues, the contact phone number in the header bar, the contact email displayed in the header bar, and text on the main page and the header bar that says something like "Zen Cart! The Art of ECommerce" that when edited in EZ pages does not change nor do i have any access to change it.

i have searched for the answers all over this forum, and most of what is posted really doesn't make any sense to me, i am not really a coder, so if you can answer this in simple step by step english i would be extermely greatful

You have a heavily customized template, so it's not possible to give a definitive answer.

However, it looks like these items have been HARD CODED into the php files.

Use:

admin >>> tools >>> developers tool kit

to search for 1-800-6543

This will return the relevant file, which you then edit using a plain text editor.

thank you very much, i figured out how to do that, and i will try your method for changing out the title stuff, and i am so impressed with what this program can do, i am just floored, i am just kinda of scared of doing anything that then i didn't realize i did so changing it back is impossible, thanks for the help:clap:
