Custom template - flash banner not showing

Hi,

I bought a template for my zen cart and unfortunately the flash banner in the home page is not showing. It gives me a message saying:
FAIL (the browser should render some flash content, not this).

The site is http://www.optilaseopticians.com

Does anybody know why I get this message when the flash files are in the correct place in my directory?

I have to put flash banner in EZ pages!
