Can not login

We are using Version 1.3.8a. Our site url is lpsigns.com. I was wondering if you could help us with a problem we are having. We are in the initial setup stage and we are having a problem creating accounts. When we click on the create a new account button it takes us to a server not found screen. Can someone assist me with this please.

I had no problem creating an account. Purely ficticious John Doe 123 Main Anytown, ect. so now you have one less thing to do.
