When new customer registration new account, system will automatically send out the welcome email!
Where can I disable this function, I don't want to get this mail

You can turn off the extra copies of various emails that get sent to you as the storeowner by setting them from 1 to 0 in your Admin->Configuration->Email Options screen.

searching for hours so i have to post;
I can't see where to turn off the welcome email in the config->email options. I change the value to 0 for 'send copy of create account emails to - status' but it still sends it.

That switch only turns off the "extra copy" sent to the administrator.
There's no option to skip sending the email to the customer themselves.
