Know of a cheap CPI compliant web host?

Hello everyone,

I'm in need of a webhost that can provide the following things:

  • CPI compliance
  • Installation of an SSL certificate
  • Installation of zen cart
  • Dedicated IP address

I'd love to find a host that charges less than $30 per month.

Any suggestions? I'd love to hear them!!

Thanks!
