Google not indexing with Sitemap XML

I have had my site rebuilt and I am slowly getting it back it where it should be.

I am using sitemap xml, I have loaded the sitemaps in google webmaster, but it doesn't seem to be indexing. I think it is a htaccess issue.

What is the most basic htaccess I can have to get it working.

What do you mean by indexing??? Are you getting an error on that dashboard or you have XXX amount of links and only X are showing as indexed in the sitemap???

Google doesn't usually index all the pages every time they download the sitemap. There is no magic thing you can add the htaccess to make Google index all the pages.

You can add the sitemap to your robot file but it doesn't matter if you submit it to Google they will find it and download it.

On the google dashboard for the products for example I have 757 pages and none indexed. I have none indexed for any of the sub maps either. All of the pages have changed because I had simple seo installed but lost it with the rebuild.

It has been 3 weeks I would expect at least one page to be indexed.
