emails suddenly stopped

My company is experiencing the same issue. We haven't received a order confirmation email since February 18th. I just found out about this today. We haven't changed any of the settings. We've checked our spam filter and nothing is there. We checked with the payment company and all the order were processed, but no emails.

What is the email address the confirmation is being sent from? It shows up as the company email address we put into our settings, but our tech guy wants to know the specific mail server email address that is forwarding the confirmation emails to us so that we can add it to our whitelist.

Can anyone help? Please send me a message if this information is too sensitive for the forum.

Um ... since the emails are coming from your website, then that would be your webserver.

A little clarification:

• if your Email Transport method is set to "PHP" or "sendmail" then the "sending" server will (typically) be the same as your website server
• if your Email Transport is set to "SMTP" or "SMTPAUTH" then the "sending" server is whatever SMTP Host you've configured it to use.

If you're unclear, then the people to ask would be your hosting company.

Maybe your server's IP address has been blacklisted?

Thanks for the reply. I wasn't sure if it was controlled by ZenCart or not since it's in the settings. I'll contact them.
